At Ryan's current rate of travel, he won't be making it to Harpers
Ferry by the end of May. He will more likely be in the Damascas, VA
area at that time. Harper's Ferry might be more likely around the
end of June, first of July.

Last I heard the betting pool had him arriving in HF around mid June.

A while back I suggested his trail name should be Box Turtle, but not
sure if he is using it.
I'll pick July 4th.

Is he really walking that slow? About 13 miles a day. Or is he
playing the role of the hare? If he is looking for an excellent
place to eat, and the food is always good, then he better start
walking faster to Maryland and hit Psychomommy's Place.
Glad he stop to log in.:) Love reading his stories.

My bet is that he will never make it at all. I think his whole
adventure is just a virtual one. He is really sitting in in home in
Portland Oregon and making the whole thing up. You see, he
spent all of his savings traveling around this last year and now
he is secretly working at Jack in the Box to make ends meet.
I will say this though, he has a very vivid imagination.

Funny! I think Ryan's goal is to plant a box in each state as he
hikes through and become the first letterboxer to do a hike/plant
thru. Wanda is the first letterboxer to do the walk thru.
